| 25ml Tipsy Wight® Elderflower Vodka |
| 12.5ml Strawberry puree |
| 12.5ml Rose syrup |
| 12.5ml Lemon juice |
| 150g Caster sugar |
| Prosecco |
| 1 Rose |
| Method |

| Make a rose syrup by washing the petals of a single rose, then drying them overnight. |
| The next day add the dry petals to a saucepan with 100g caster sugar and 100ml water. |
| Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes |
| Strain and set aside the syrup to cool |
| Make the strawberry puree by blending 5-6 large freshly hulled strawberries with 50g caster sugar |
| Add all the vodka, rose syrup, strawberry puree and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker full of ice. |
| Shake vigorously, strain into a cocktail glass topped with prosecco |
