|25ml Tipsy Wight® Elderflower Vodka
|12.5ml Strawberry puree
|12.5ml Rose syrup
|12.5ml Lemon juice
|150g Caster sugar
|Make a rose syrup by washing the petals of a single rose, then drying them overnight.
|The next day add the dry petals to a saucepan with 100g caster sugar and 100ml water.
|Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes
|Strain and set aside the syrup to cool
|Make the strawberry puree by blending 5-6 large freshly hulled strawberries with 50g caster sugar
|Add all the vodka, rose syrup, strawberry puree and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker full of ice.
|Shake vigorously, strain into a cocktail glass topped with prosecco
