This is a heavenly combination best served chilled in a long tall glass

| 50ml Tipsy Wight® Rhubarb & Vanilla Vodka |
| 150ml Ginger ale |
| Handful of mint leaves |
| Ice cubes |
| Method |

| Add a shot or two of Tipsy Wight® Rhubarb and Vanilla Vodka to a tall glass and top up with ginger ale and bruised mint leaves. Serve chilled. |
