Tipsy Summer Punch
Made using: Tipsy Wight® Hedgerow Vodka
Where the wild things are. Our hedgerow vodka is a heavenly blend of blackberries, sloes, haw, elderberry and rosehip to produce a rich deep flavour celebrating our rural hedgerows.

| 50ml Tipsy Wight® Hedgerow Vodka |
| 25ml Tomato & Cucumber Cordial (from Isle of Wight Tomato Stall) |
| Soda Water |
| Sprig of Mint |
| Sliced Cucumber |
| 2 or 3 Fresh Blackberries |
| Method |
|---|
| Combine Tipsy Wight® Hedgerow Vodka & tomato cordial in a cocktail shaker |
| Add ice, cover the shaker and shake well for 20 seconds |
| Strain into a highball half filled with ice cubes |
| Top with soda water |
| Garnish with fresh mint, a slice of cucumber & 2 or 3 blackberries |
