All the honey in Tipsy Wight Honey and Lemon Vodka is produced from our own beehives, nestling quietly on the banks of the River Medina overlooking the beautiful St Mildred's church in Whippingham, where Princess Beatrice (Queen Victoria's youngest daughter) married. Our bees forage for honey in our wildflower meadows and along the river's edge, producing a fragrant and delicious honey that has won several awards. We gently combine this with a dash of fresh lemon juice to produce a smooth and soothing vodka that is perfect when you need a little lift.
