A blend of our very own pears and four exotic spices.

Our newest flavour with East Asian influences, this liqueur is a blend of exotic spices including star anise & ginger and of course pears grown on our farm. We use the European pear, Pyrrus communis, because it has a consistently rich flavour and is incredibly juicy when ripe, the sort you really shouldn't eat on a bus without a napkin handy. We love discovering new recipes and this evolved from a dusty old nineteenth century recipe book to produce this exciting new flavour! 20cl 24% Vol.
