Tipsy Wight Cocktails

Elderflower & Basil Cocktail

Made using: Tipsy Wight® Elderflower Vodka Liqueur

This requires a little bit of effort but is soooo worth it for a wonderfully fresh and light summer drink

Ingredients
60ml Tipsy Wight® elderflower vodka
100ml soda
handful of basil & mint leaves
3tsp soft brown sugar
crushed ice
dash of freshly squeezed lemon & lime juice

Method
Grind sugar, basil & mint into a paste using a pestle
Add vodka, lemon & lime juice, crushed ice and paste to a shaker
Shake vigourously and strain into a martini glass
Garnish with a sprig of mint or basil
